Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns easy.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. After 30 days, items cannot be returned for a refund, though we may accept them for store credit.

Eligible Items

Most items purchased from MODZ DESIGNS are eligible for return within our 30-day window. However, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Undergarments and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Sale items from our clearance section (unless defective)

How to Return

Request a Return

Contact our customer service team at returns@modzdesigns.com or call 1-800-MODZ-123 with your order number.

Receive Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. For orders over $50, return shipping is free. Orders under $50 will have a $5.99 return shipping fee deducted from your refund.

Ship Your Item

Pack your return securely and affix the return label to the outside of the package. Drop it off at any carrier location.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refund Amount

Full Refund: Original item price + applicable sales tax

Return Shipping: Free for orders over $50 | $5.99 deducted for orders under $50

Original Shipping: Non-refundable

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Exchanges are free for items exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and let us know which item you'd like to exchange. We'll send a prepaid return label, and once we receive your return, we'll ship your new item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that's defective, damaged, or doesn't match the product description:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be fully covered by MODZ DESIGNS

Final Sale Items

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances except if defective or damaged upon delivery. These items are offered at special prices and cannot be modified once purchased.

International Returns

For items shipped internationally, returns are subject to additional considerations:

  • International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Return shipping times may be longer (up to 30 days)
  • Refunds are processed in USD and converted at the time of refund
  • Customs duties are not refundable
