Available for orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries. Delivery times vary by location (typically 10-21 business days).
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your package's journey. Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of shipment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We work with our carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- We'll file a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or full refund
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses in the United States and select international locations. We cannot ship to:
- APO/FPO military addresses (available via special request)
- P.O. Boxes for Express and Overnight shipping
- Certain remote areas (surcharges may apply)
